IC and Pelvic Nerve Involvement: 3 Energy Science Techniques

IC produces not only bladder pain that can be intermittent(as in flares) but also often involves the vaginal canal(vulvodynia),  pelvic floor muscles, and often the rectum   And as is common with all people with IC there is some form of bowel involvement with symptoms since from an energy science point of view the disease arises from the GI tract Why the Pelvic Nerves? Baking Soda and IC: Is There Value?

Since flares are related to mounting inflammation in the mindbody and acidity is a primary source of the hot quality as a result of the sour taste in foods it makes sense that you would use alkalinity to reverse the process And many people with IC bladder pain, GERD, IBS, and fibromyalgia  swear by it Recently a client told me about alkaline water   It brought back memory of my friend’s picture seen to the left  It is indeed stranger than fiction Now under the right conditions with minor acidity, using baking soda could be of value ...

IC Flares During the Winter: Using Subtle and Gross Qualities

Winter GirlFrom an energy science view the entire universe is composed of 10 pairs of vibrational frequencies of opposite qualities that are named and readily recognized by all of us  For example who hasn’t encountered hot and cold, liquid and dense, gross and subtle, soft and hard, heavy and light? And disease is understood by imbalances of these qualities. If there is too much hot in the physiology then the solution is to remove the hot quality balancing it with the cold quality by lifestyle, herbs, and foods

Have you ever wondered why riots don’t happen during the winter in cold climates? And even in climates where the temperatures don’t get near freezing riots are an unusal occurrence  And it is also for the same reason why IC flares either reduce their frequency and severity during the winter

As we recall the hot and mobile qualities are predominant in the formation of the IC bladder pain syndrome(interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, chronic prostatitis, IBS, GERD, and fibromyalgia)  The hot quality is significantly reduced during the winter time and hence so is the impact it has on the energy mindbody  The mobile quality is still active in the energy physiology so symptoms of urinary frequency and urgency may still be present but a reduced feeling of heat

The Qualities of Subtle and Gross

One of the foundational aspects of the energy science of Ayurveda is our relationship with Nature Herself  Nature is all of observable creation….the gross  And as individuals we represent the subtle aspect of Nature  Another way of expressing this is the macrocosm and microcosm  Nature is the macrocosm and we as individuals become the microcosm  But we as microcosms actually are 3D expressions of the greater macrocosm  Again the interplay of gross and subtle

Vata Pitta and Kapha(VPK) are expressions of the above opposing 10 pairs in various combinations  Vata is subtle while Pitta and Kapha are gross because they are more tangible and firmly expressed  There are other ways that the energy science talks about these gross and subtle qualities  PTO(prana, tejas, and ojas) are the cellular expressions of VPK….again the subtle expression of PTO is actually the microcosm of the macrocosm of VPK  As Pitta is gross in its expression of hot, the agni is the subtle expression of the same hot quality   Marma points like acupuncture points are subtle manifestations of the gross mindbody  They reflect not only internal organs but also are ways to influence the mind  The 7 primary chakra points are in reality marma points

This understanding of our interrelationship of ourselves with Nature is foundational to seeing how the philosophy of Ayurveda works in healing

The Hot Quality During Winter

As we began if Nature as a macrocosm is cold during the winter our microcosm takes on the cold quality and essentially helps treat the hot quality of IC flares

During the cold winter our external heat goes internally from gross to subtle and the central digestive fire becomes stronger so we’re able to more easily able to digest, absorb, and assimilate foods  Just as Nature withdraws and sleeps during the winter so does our metabolism externally

Mielőtt elkezdenéd

A 20Bet használata előtt fontos ellenőrizni néhány alapvető tényezőt a zökkenőmentes élmény érdekében:

Engedélyezd a harmadik féltől származó alkalmazások telepítését a beállításokban a telepítés előtt.

A várható veszteség a fogadások során: 1.400.000 HUF x (1 – 0.96) = 56.000 HUF.

A 20Bet számos fizetési módot kínál a magyar játékosoknak:

  • Betétek: Bankkártya (Visa/Mastercard), e-pénztárcák (Skrill, Neteller), banki átutalás és kriptovaluták (Bitcoin, Ethereum). A minimális betét 500 HUF, a feldolgozás azonnali.
Ellenőrizd a feltételeket a pénzügyi részlegen.

Biztonsági Intézkedések és Licencelés

A 20Bet casino biztonsága kulcsfontosságú:

A 20Bet belépés hitelesítése kétfaktoros lehetőséggel erősíthető.
Magyarországon a szerencsejáték-függőség elleni programokhoz is kapcsolódhat.

1. Hogyan lehet a 20Bet belépés biztonságosabb?
A 20Bet belépés biztonságának növeléséhez használj erős, egyedi jelszavakat, és engedélyezd a kétfaktoros hitelesítést, ha elérhető. Kerüld a nyilvános Wi-Fi-hálózatokat a belépés során.

2. Mik a 20Bet bónuszok rejtett költségei?
A bónuszok gyakran magas fogadási követelményekkel járnak, ami növeli a veszteséget. Például, egy 40.000 HUF bónusz 35x-es követelménnyel 1.400.000 HUF fogadást igényel, ami matematikailag kb. 56.000 HUF veszteséget jelent 96% RTP mellett.

3. Elfogad-e a 20Bet magyar forintot?
Igen, a 20Bet támogatja a magyar forintot (HUF) betétekre és kivételekre, ami kényelmes a helyi játékosok számára.

4. Mennyi idő a kifizetések feldolgozása?
A kifizetések feldolgozási ideje változó: e-pénztárcák 0-24 óra, bankkártyák 1-3 nap, banki átutalás 3-5 munkanap. Gyorsabb opciók választásával csökkenthető a várakozás.

5. Hogyan működik a 20Bet mobilalkalmazás offline?

6. Milyen dokumentumok szükségesek a verifikációhoz?
A 20Bet ezeket a dokumentumokat a pénzmosás elleni törvények betartására kéri.

7. Van-e limit a nyereményekre a 20Bet-en?
Igen, a 20Bet-nek lehetnek napi vagy havi nyereménylimitjei, amelyek a játék típusától függően változnak. Ellenőrizd a felhasználói szerződést a pontos részletekért.

8. Hogyan jelenthetem be a csalás gyanúját?
A Curacao licenc keretében vizsgálat indítható.

9. Milyen stratégiák hatékonyak a 20Bet élő kaszinójában?
Kerüld a nagy kockázatú fogadásokat a hosszú távú nyereség érdekében.

10. Frissül-e rendszeresen a 20Bet játékkínálata?

Approfondimento sull’App Mobile Crocobet

Integra perfettamente i giochi, inclusi i crocobet slot più popolari come Book of Dead e Gonzo’s Quest.

Specifica Dettaglio
Licenza Curacao eGaming (numero 8048/JAZ2020-13)
Monete Supportate EUR, USD, GBP; criptovalute come Bitcoin

Supporto Clienti Chat live 24/7, email, telefono in italiano

IC and the GAG Layer: 5 Ways to Protect and Rebuild It

Biologically the mindbody simultaneously coexists as both an energy field or a matter(molecular) field  If I put on my energy field glasses I see the mindbody as an energy field and I speak about it in terms of Vata, Pitta, or Kapha  In so thinking about the mindbody as both energy and matter there obviously should be a transparency about what we are discussing  If I speak about the molecular aspects of the mindbody I should be able to find its equivalency  in the energy field model  This is true for the GAG(GlycosoAminoGlycan) layer molecular concept and the Kapha energy pattern  In IC research it’s thought that the GAG layer is in some way altered in this dis-ease and therefore maybe the underlying molecular reason why IC occurs in the first place

Kapha is energy of stability in the physiology  It keeps our mindbodies strong and well put together physically  It’s psychologically grounding for us and is also responsible for our immune system working properly since it is the immune system  You can think of Kapha as a protective energy that keeps the mindbody strong  Any large structural molecule such as chondroitin(joints), cholesterol, or immunoglobulins are molecular expressions of the Kapha energy pattern

In the IC bladder pain syndrome(interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, chronic prostatitis, IBS, GERD, and fibromyalgia) one of the hypotheses in its molecular cause is that the protective GAG layer in some way becomes damaged and loses its integrity  This layer which is produced by the underlying epithelial cells is thought to be a protective mucous layer and so by what we have just said this would be a Kapha like protection from invasive bacteria but also from the acidic characteristics of the urine itself

Every tubular lining(aka mucosa) that has a connection to the outside world has a GAG layer  For example the lining of the respiratory system has its associated protective GAG layer which traps foreign materials so they don’t interfere with respiratory function  The GI tract and reproductive tracts has GAG layers as well  So GAG layers are not unique to the urinary tract but are part of the universal system of protection that is the Kapha energy pattern

GAG Layer Protection andaloe vera juice Repair

There are many reasons why GAG layers get damaged but one of them is inflammation  In energy science terminology that means that Pitta is being increased due to blocking by Kapha and in the matter science it means that acidity breaks down tissue  Knowing this there are energy science ways to help prevent the GAG layer from being broken down or getting repaired if broken down

Aloe vera  There’s a reason why aloe as a herb works wonders in the IC bladder pain syndrome  It molecularly provides mannose which is an often biologically unavailable essential glucosaccharide  This provides the building blocks for the mindbody to rebuild the protective Kapha GAG layer  Energetically aloe reduces Pitta heat and pacifies overactive mobile quality of Vata

Reducing Vata and Pitta in nutritional formats  It follows from our conversation that if having increased inflammatory Pitta molecules around then preventing them from entry into the mindbody would be good therapy  The same holds true for Vata molecules that produce movement in the physiology

Reducing Vata and Pitta in incompatible food combinations(IFC)  In general IFC’s are inflammatory and increase Pitta so avoiding these is Pitta pacifying

Herbs that reduce Pitta  Both acacia and psyllium absorb Pitta from the small intestine so in small volumes these herbs are valuable in the management of the IC bladder pain syndrome

Herbs that reduce Vata  Vata is composed of space and air as an energy pattern which are both composed of qualities  When you pass gas from the rectum you’re passing Vata energy  Since Vata is air if it’s increased in the mindbody physiology it can increase Pitta  Think about fanning a fire with pushing air across the fire that you’re trying to get going  Vata herbs like  ashwagandha, bala, and vidari are good at reducing Vata

Are All Vegetables Created Equally? Not In IC

The flare pain in IC bladder pain as we have talked about in the past is related to the hot and mobile qualities according to the energy science tradition  But as you know it’s darn difficult to find out what qualities are in foods That’s why the food lists of various foods are suggested to give you food choice guidance What Veggies Are Good Choices for IC? The food list at icdiet.com is dedicated to those foods that are Pitta(energy of transformation that delivers the hot quality) aggravating  But with respect to vegetable...

The Disruptive Nature of the Holidays and IC: 3 Secrets to Help

Most of us know, like it or not, that the healing of chronic interstitial cystitis(IC) bladder or pelvic  pain requires changes occur in lifestyle behavior patterns(LBP)  Those favorites that we hold dearly just don’t serve us very well and are the instigators of what got us in trouble in the first place   As I talked about in the past, nutrition heads that list of LBP’s that get us headed in the wrong direction, but how we combine foods,  how we rest(when to go to bed and when to get up), how we exercise, how much fluids we...

IC is a systemic disease  Many matter science medical authorities who write about IC agree that in some way it is a systemic disease but the current matter science medical...

Three Steps to Take to Understand Energy Science Healing

The chronicbladder pain from IC seeks a solution but you are told that the “dis-ease is treatable  not curable” But what would it be like if there was a solution?  Is it possible?  We are led to believe a lie, when we give up hope  And obviously there is no quick fix or IC wouldn’t be a problem  But what would it be like to have your life back?  Too hard to believe?  Well read on The experience amongst IC patients is that the diet promoted by ICA or ICN may work for some, not for others  Sometimes works for awhile...

IC Fatigue and 5 Things You Can Do About It

Some have asked about this problem of fatigue associated with the chronic bladder pain of the IC syndrome  It is natural to have fatigue if you have a chronic disease associated with pain  And of course all of us want more energy in our lives  But to make the association of pain and fatigue is simplistic at best and will not get you closer to dealing with the problem of the pain most of the time Pain IC and Fatigue:  An Energy Science Perspective So pain and fatigue are not related as to cause  The association is true true unrelated  Yes...

Practical Aspects of Detoxification

Our readers often posit questions about the painful bladder syndrome or IC  that I think are valuable for our community  In this week’s blog I wanted to address some of them that have come up about recently posted blog topics Why Detoxification? It is wonderful to see that you have such a clear grasp of IC and its many forms. I would love to hear more about the bowel connection (yes I have IBS as well) as well as the step required for detoxification Recent studies have suggested that IBS is associated with IC 80% of the time   I...

Understanding Chronic Debilitating IC and 5 Things to Do

In the practice of medicine no disease is really the same as someone else’s disease  They all have their nuances of differences   And this is true of IC No IC bladder pain syndrome is the same from one individual to another  Some have more anxiety and frequency while others have more burning and spasm  Some have other skin and eye conditions associated with their IC  Some are fortunate enough to have a few nonbacterial  “UTIs” and then things seem to rectify themselves and they never have symptoms again Others are...
